deVere Group is part of a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting for our international trainee programme starting July 2026. Joining our Entry-Level Financial Planning Development Program will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, excellent learning and development resources, and the chance to build a successful career as a Financial Planner.
About the opportunity:
- You will be trained and supported in a client-facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:
- Telephone communication and client outreach
- Lead generation and follow-up activity
- Networking and relationship building
- Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance-driven environment
This is a hands-on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results.
Training and progression:
- Onboarding begins in our Malta or Mauritius academies
- Placement in an international office upon successful completion
- Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation

- Comfort working in a performance-driven, client-facing environment
