deVere Group is part of a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting for our international trainee programme starting July 2026.

Joining our Entry-Level Financial Planning Development Program will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, excellent learning and development resources, and the chance to build a successful career as a Financial Planner.

About the opportunity:

  • You will be trained and supported in a client-facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:
    • Telephone communication and client outreach
    • Lead generation and follow-up activity
    • Networking and relationship building
    • Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance-driven environment

This is a hands-on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results.

Training and progression:

  • Onboarding begins in our Malta or Mauritius academies
  • Placement in an international office upon successful completion
  • Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation

Who we are looking for:

  • We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:
    • Comfort working in a performance-driven, client-facing environment
    • Background or interest in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, sport, or similar people-focused roles
