Take the First Step Towards an International Career
Begin your journey in financial advisory with a 2-month intensive training programme based in Malta, followed by permanent placement in one of our international offices. This overseas role officially starts on 13th October 2025.
This is a hands-on development programme, where you will work directly with and be mentored by an experienced international advisor. You’ll be involved in lead generation, client outreach, digital campaigns, and administrative support, all designed to give you the foundation for a successful advisory career.
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
• Strong communicator, confident on phone, video, and in person
• Motivated, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
• Ready to pursue a long-term career in financial services
• Fast-track pathway to becoming a qualified financial advisor
• Award-winning training and international qualifications
• Full relocation support (including visa guidance and accommodation advice)
