Take the First Step Towards an International Career. Begin your journey in financial advisory with a 2-month intensive training programme based in Mauritius, followed by permanent placement in one of our international offices. This overseas role officially starts in January 2026.

The Role – Business Development Pathway to Financial Advisory

We are looking for energetic, organised individuals with experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. You will work directly with advisors to grow their client base, manage relationships, and contribute to business success, all while gaining the skills and experience needed to become a fully qualified financial advisor.

Core Responsibilities
