deVere Group is one of the world's largest independent international financial advisory organisations, operating across 100+ countries and providing financial advice and wealth management solutions to globally mobile clients. We are looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join our International Financial Advisory Graduate Programme, beginning with a 3-6 week Training Academy in Malta in Jan 2027. We are holding a Career Webinar on Thursday 8th October 2026 at 08:30 UK Time, giving prospective candidates the opportunity to learn more about deVere Group, the Graduate Programme, training, career development and international opportunities. Attendance is an important part of understanding the opportunity before progressing through the recruitment process.

The Opportunity

This is a client-facing, commercially focused opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in international financial advice, wealth management and business development. You will work alongside experienced Financial Advisors while developing the skills required to build and manage long-term client relationships, including:

Client engagement and relationship building
Lead generation, networking and business development
Understanding international financial products and solutions
Supporting experienced Financial Advisors
Developing towards managing your own client relationships

3-6 Week Onboarding Academy | Malta | January 2027

Successful candidates will attend a fully structured 3-week Training Academy in Malta, covering the fundamentals of European financial advice, wealth management, client engagement and business development. Following successful completion, you will relocate to your allocated European office to continue your training and begin your international career. The academy combines trainer-led sessions, practical development, coaching and digital learning, providing the foundation required to begin your career within one of our European offices.

Training & Career Development

Begin with a structured onboarding and training programme designed to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence from day one. Benefit from digital and on-demand learning, live trainer-led sessions and practical, workplace experience. Receive hands-on training alongside experienced Financial Advisors, gaining practical exposure to client engagement, business development and international financial advice. Benefit from ongoing coaching, mentoring and professional development as you progress through the programme. Access professional qualifications and continued development within the financial services industry. Relocation support is provided. As your experience and capabilities develop, you will progress towards building and managing your own client relationships and establishing a long-term career in international financial advice.
