Successful candidates will be representing and booking appointments on behalf of their Wealth Advisor, with clients based throughout NZ.
THE POSITION
We need an energetic, exceptionally well-organised person to work directly with our Top Area Manager and Senior Advisors in Auckland office. In exchange for your skills, drive, and commitment, you’ll be mentored and stretched, plus if you’re consistently successful in your role, you’ll have the option to be supported and trained to move into consulting yourself, expanding your career in financial services. This is a fantastic role for someone with energy and motivation, it’s as diverse and challenging as it is rewarding. You’ll be working closely with your consultant every day, growing the number of clients your team looks after, winning new ones and sharing in their success.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support your consultant in bringing in new business by finding and contacting potential clients.
- Create new referral networks and be given access to an existing network.
- Set up digital marketing campaigns, work existing social media and set up new channels, and consistently identify ways to bring in new business to our firm with fast results.
- Multitask spreadsheets, phone calls, bookings, digital marketing automation, manually filling in forms by hand and online, reporting emails and other responsibilities as needed.
- Take care of the essentials, booking meetings, following up and managing an extensive onboarding process.
- Support your consultant as they deliver advice to clients, preparing documentation, and managing follow up of the process.
- Optimise administration, compliance and support services in place, bringing a fresh approach to client acquisition, process management and client ongoing support in the digital world.
