We are looking for Financial Advisors to join us on our journey of ongoing growth. You will be responsible for building solid relationships with clients and assisting them in making better decisions by providing investment advisory services.
Key Activities
- Build and develop a bank of wealth management clients (B2C only).
- Manage and support a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusting relationships & maintaining continued strong communication with a personalised advisory approach.
- Build continuous AUM by identifying personal financial needs and discovering other financial opportunities and advising on findings.
- Conduct in‑depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs of our clients and deliver tailored wealth management.
- Deliver needs‑based solutions through effective communication and influencing.
- Continuously gather information to assess potential impacts and identify possible risks and opportunities for the client.
- Advise on a full range of products and services across: Lump Sum Investments, Fixed‑Income Products, Global Funds (Equity, ESG, Regular Savings Plans, Portfolio Bonds, International Pension Planning, Fintech).
- Stay informed & comply with all relevant legislative, financial, procedural, and quality requirements.
Skills Required
- Preferred degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management‑based subject.
- Strong sales acumen & experience with clients face‑to‑face.
- Service focused with strong numerical & analytical skills & close attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing high‑net‑worth clients desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of lump sum investments, offshore investments, fintech, bonds or pension products highly advantageous.
- Trustworthy, financially sound, professional team player who delivers top‑quality service.
- Sound judgement skills & attention to detail for analysing risks involved in certain investments.
- Ambition, hunger for success & driven by targets.
