This is a Financial Wealth Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and join our wealth management teams. The position offers training to hit the ground running and opportunities to grow within the Wealth Management Services division.

You will build solid client relationships and provide investment advisory services that integrate other financial services to address portfolio needs through a holistic, consultative process.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a bank of wealth management clients (B2C).
- Manage and support a portfolio of clients with strong, ongoing communication and a personalized advisory approach.
- Grow assets under management (AUM) by identifying current financial needs and discovering other opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth reviews to identify client needs and deliver tailored wealth management solutions.
- Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing skills.
- Gather information to assess potential impacts, risks, and opportunities for clients.
- Advise on a full range of products and services, providing individualized wealth advice across: Lump Sum Investments, Fixed-Income Products, Global Funds (including Equity, ESG), Regular Savings Plans, Portfolio Bonds, International Pension Planning, Fintech.
- Stay informed and compliant with relevant legislative, financial, procedural, and quality requirements.
Skills Required
- Preferred degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management.
- Strong sales acumen and experience with face-to-face client interaction.
- Service-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with high net worth clients is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of lump sum investments, offshore investments, fintech, bonds, or pension products is advantageous.
- Trustworthy, professional team player with a commitment to top-quality service.
- Sound judgment and attention to detail to assess investment risks.
- Ambitious, driven by targets, and motivated to succeed.
