Technical Account Manager
Location: Surrey (Hybrid)

Our client is a global leader in enterprise technology and digital innovation, delivering advanced solutions in cloud services, cybersecurity, analytics, and IT infrastructure. They partner with some of the world’s largest organisations to drive digital transformation and business performance through cutting-edge technology.
As part of their continued growth in the UK, they are looking for an experienced and client-focused Technical Account Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to work with major enterprise customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor and ensuring the successful delivery and optimisation of advanced technology solutions.
The Role
You will be the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical support. This is a customer-facing role that requires a strong technical background, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main technical liaison for assigned enterprise accounts
- Provide expert guidance on product implementation and best practices
- Drive adoption and ensure customers achieve their business objectives through technology solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical workshops
- Identify opportunities for clients to optimize their use of the platform
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
About You
- Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud computing, and/or cybersecurity
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Experience working with enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel when required

- Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or security solutions
- Exposure to digital transformation projects in large organisations
