We’re working with a leading services and solutions provider supporting both private and public sector clients across the UK and Europe. They are now looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their growing internal ServiceNow team, supporting BAU activity and driving enhancements across their enterprise platform.
The Role:
- Join a collaborative, close-knit team of 12 (including 2 Business Analysts) to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform used by both internal staff and external clients.
- You’ll capture requirements, advise on best practices, and ensure delivery of robust platform solutions in line with business needs.
- This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business/user requirements into clear deliverables (Agile stories)
- Design and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Support testing, deployment, and user adoption processes
- Provide ongoing BAU support for incidents and requests
- Act as a key stakeholder interface providing challenge, guidance, and best-practice advice
- Collaborate closely with large enterprise clients and internal teams
- Represent user needs during planning, development, and delivery phases
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Strong configuration experience: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design, UI Actions
- Familiarity with CSM, ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, Performance Analytics, and Reporting
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management skills being confident challenging clients constructively and advising on best practices
- Experience working with large enterprise customers or estates
- Must have, or be eligible for, SC Clearance
