We’re working with a leading services and solutions provider supporting both private and public sector clients across the UK and Europe. They are now looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their growing internal ServiceNow team, supporting BAU activity and driving enhancements across their enterprise platform.

The Role:

  • Join a collaborative, close-knit team of 12 (including 2 Business Analysts) to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform used by both internal staff and external clients.
  • You’ll capture requirements, advise on best practices, and ensure delivery of robust platform solutions in line with business needs.
  • This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate business/user requirements into clear deliverables (Agile stories)
  • Design and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows
  • Support testing, deployment, and user adoption processes
  • Provide ongoing BAU support for incidents and requests
  • Act as a key stakeholder interface providing challenge, guidance, and best-practice advice
  • Collaborate closely with large enterprise clients and internal teams
  • Represent user needs during planning, development, and delivery phases

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
  • Strong configuration experience: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design, UI Actions
  • Familiarity with CSM, ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, Performance Analytics, and Reporting
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills being confident challenging clients constructively and advising on best practices
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers or estates
  • Must have, or be eligible for, SC Clearance
