24/7 NOC Engineer | Belfast | Up to £32,854 + £4,800 shift allowance
We’re hiring a 24/7 NOC Engineer to join our clients Network Operations Centre team in Belfast. You’ll be the first point of escalation for network and IT incidents, keeping critical systems running and supporting customers with professionalism and technical expertise.
This is a great opportunity for someone with NOC or IT Helpdesk experience who enjoys problem solving in a fast paced environment. You’ll gain access to structured training, apprenticeships, and funded qualifications, with plenty of room to grow your career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor, log and resolve faults across IT and network infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper and Adtran devices
- Manage circuit faults (ADSL, SDSL, Ethernet, NGA, MPF, SMPF)
- Support field engineers with remote checks and fixes
- Work within strict SLAs, ensuring accurate handovers and updates
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a NOC or IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in IT and networking (CCNA desirable)
- Familiarity with ITIL and SLA environments
- Excellent communication and customer focus
- Eligible for, or able to obtain, Security Clearance

- Salary up to £32,854 + £4,800 shift allowance
