Associate Director-UK Software Engineering

Junior or Mid Level Developer (Flutter)- Fareham or Hybrid- up to £45k + Benefits

Our client, a tech incubator revolutionising technology in their space, is looking to hire a Junior Flutter Developer to join their team and help deliver exciting new products in 2025.

The team is still early in its journey, currently consisting of 5 members, with plans to double in size next year. The business is part of a larger, successful technology solutions brand.

We are seeking candidates at the Junior/Graduate level or with a few years of experience:

  • Experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart
  • Ability to deploy apps to iOS and Android (projects from university or personal work are acceptable)
  • Skill in building clean, responsive UIs using Flutter widgets
  • Familiarity with state management tools like Provider or Riverpod
  • Knowledge of connecting apps to REST APIs
  • Understanding of testing in Flutter (unit or widget tests)
  • Comfort with Git and version control systems

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary up to £35k for the Graduate role and up to £45k for mid-level candidates.
