Position: Technical Lead – Infrastructure
Location: Remote within the UK, 2 days a fortnight onsite
Our client, a leading banking financial services provider is looking to hire multiple technical leads in the business working within Infrastructure. The right person will be leading and guiding multiple feature teams, ensure seamless execution and development of complex technical projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with architects and feature team tech leads to design, refine, and implement end-to-end technical solutions
- Resolving technical blockers and ensuring adherence to governance and best practices
- Maintaining the stability and efficiency of infrastructure technologies to meet customer needs
- Partnering with Product Owners to assess and prioritise backlogs, managing technical dependencies effectively
- Driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across your teams
What are we looking for?
- A proven track record of working within a task management function
- Strong engineering background within On-Prem, particular experience with VMware or HyperV
- Working within CICO or networking space and MUST come from a background of financial services
- Degree within science, engineering, or a related field is advantageous
