We’re working with a fast-scaling SaaS company operating in the cyber security education space. With over 4 million users globally and continued rapid growth, they’re on a mission to make learning cyber security accessible and engaging through a gamified training platform. As part of their expansion, they’re now looking to hire a Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, cross-functional team focused on product growth experiments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering measurable user impact and is comfortable working in fast, iterative build-measure-learn cycles.
The Opportunity:
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to build and ship new features aimed at improving user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable software systems across the full stack
- Monitor system performance and experiment outcomes to guide future development
- Participate in Agile development practices, code reviews, and technical planning
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, quality, and rapid iteration
Required Tech background:
- Full stack development experience across the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer (preferably within SaaS or product-led environments)
- Proven experience undertaking growth experiments or A/B testing feature variations
