The Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis effort on software and service delivery projects. This role facilitates the end-to-end requirements process and ensures the final solution meets both business and regulatory needs. Working as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Business Analyst validates, documents, and drives the implementation of effective, standards-compliant solutions. This position requires high levels of motivation, organization, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within a dynamic, project-focused environment.

- Leads the elicitation, validation, and prioritization of business and system requirements.
- Ensures traceability of requirements and manages change through the project lifecycle.
- Conducts gap and defect analysis, identifying areas for product or process enhancement.
- Produces use cases, process maps, and other supporting documentation to guide project delivery.
- Supports the transition of completed projects into Business-as-Usual operations.
- Collaborates with senior analysts to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
