Ensure the efficiency of our recruitment services! As Senior Recruitment Officer you will play a pivotal role ensuring an effective service is provided to hiring managers and candidates. You will be supporting the team to work efficiently, providing advice and guidance on our processes and identifying and implementing changes to improve ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering mentoring, coaching and training sessions
- Identifying and assessing customer needs and taking appropriate action
- Educating, assisting and advising staff on recruitment processes
Qualifications:
- Experience of developing processes
- Experience of guiding, coaching and mentoring staff
- Experience of developing strong and effective customer relations
