What you’ll do:
- Proactively support the wider HR Team with change programmes.
- Apply employment law, policies and procedures effectively influencing managers.
- Advise and coach managers on policies, procedures, and people initiatives.
What you bring:
- Generalist HR experience across varied and complex cases.
- Proficient HR systems knowledge and data handling skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
