As Head of Finance for Derbyshire Constabulary, you’ll act as Deputy Section 151 Officer, working closely with the Director of Finance and Assets, and leading the Strategic Finance and Financial Services team, ensuring effective financial management and efficient utilisation of resources.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance and Financial Services Team
- Managing the department's objectives
- Briefing the Chief Constable and Chief Finance Officer and working with the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner
Qualifications:
- CCAB qualified with significant post qualification management experience
- Experience of leading a senior financial position in a multi-functional team across a large complex organisation
- Experience of prioritising organisational and departmental objectives and delivering results
