We are looking for an Investment Executive to join our Micro Loans Team to source and appraise investment proposals, most of which will be unsecured, so you will understand cashflow assumptions and assess the risks.
Working to and exceeding targets will come naturally, as you consider the investment opportunities and risks, conducting detailed due diligence that minimises risks to the Group. Analytical and meticulous, you will be accustomed to conducting thorough and robust management, financial and commercial due diligence when considering investment opportunities and assess the risks attendant to each investment, preparing necessary reports and completing legal documentation.
You’ll be a good negotiator and confident communicator, who can confirm the terms and conditions for placing investments and build good working relationships with key business introducers and intermediaries. Working in a FCA regulated environment, you will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
With experience in investing or lending to SMEs and credit report preparation, you will have financial analysis experience and demonstrate an understanding of risk assessment and investment processes. We’re on the lookout for someone who’s a strong communicator, confident in making decisions, with great attention to detail.
