We are looking for an organised and detail‑focused Investment Support Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to our Investment and Portfolio teams. You will play a key role in supporting the end‑to‑end investment process, ensuring that investment activity is delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience across all aspects of investment operations within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the investment process through to deal completion, including coordinating legal and drawdown documentation and completing pre‑drawdown credit checks.
  • Acting as a central point of coordination, maintaining regular communication with applicants and internal colleagues to ensure progress is tracked and queries are resolved.
  • Completing customer due diligence and pre‑drawdown checks, including credit reference searches, online ID verification and preparation of CDD documentation.
  • Maintaining secure and accurate filing of investment documentation, ensuring systems reflect current status at all times.
  • Processing financial administration tasks, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Preparing documentation, reports, agendas and minutes for meetings as required.
  • Undertaking any other duties required to support the operational needs of the department.
