Developing Health and Independence (DHI) is recruiting a Young Person's Substance Use Worker to support children, young people and young adults across Wiltshire affected by substance use. The role offers variety across community, educational settings and digital platforms, with a person-centred approach to help them make informed choices and improve wellbeing.
This hybrid role includes home and office work.
