The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to lead a dedicated team in delivering person-centred support to individuals with a history of rough sleeping and complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting social inclusion and independence by coordinating effective day-to-day service delivery, managing a small caseload, and working closely with clients to help them develop long-term support networks and transition to more independent living. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding protocols, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to improve outcomes. As a team leader, you will foster a positive and high-performing team culture, support staff development, and uphold the values of DHI in all aspects of service delivery. A Driving licence with access to a vehicle and the willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
