We are currently working with a purpose-led, consumer-focused organisation that is undergoing a significant IT and data transformation across the UK & Ireland. They are looking to hire a Commercial IT & Data Product Manager to support growth across their Marketing and Sales functions through technology, data, and digital products. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, IT, and data, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver consumer-facing digital products and internal digital transformation initiatives across the commercial landscape.
- Act as the key IT & Data partner to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and wider commercial teams.
- Support the rollout and localisation of global IT & Data products within the UK & Ireland market.
- Champion agile and product-led ways of working, helping evolve the organisation toward a product-centric model.
- Lead and support Agile / Product delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Define, track, and deliver agreed KPIs for projects and product implementations.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across local teams, global functions, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of IT products and services delivered by both local and global teams.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering IT or digital products, ideally within FMCG, retail, or a similarly consumer-driven environment.
- Strong track record of managing and influencing senior stakeholders up to Director level.
- Experience leading Agile or Product teams within complex delivery environments.
- Good understanding of data integration and data management, and how data supports commercial outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of Marketing and Sales KPIs, with a clear understanding of what defines an excellent consumer and customer experience.
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of sales processes such as CRM, trade investment, and channel performance.
- Strong process discipline with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
