  • Oversee Service Providers’ NFT activities, ensuring compliance with agreed test approaches and completion criteria.
  • Validate non-functional requirements, ensuring clear traceability from design to testing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish testing frameworks and processes.
  • Monitor testing progress, address issues, and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

  • 10+ years of experience in non-functional testing or test assurance roles.
  • Expertise in performance, capacity, load, stress, reliability, BCDR, and security testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium, and Postman.
  • Technical proficiency in cloud environments, distributed systems, and modern architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.
