Technical Account Manager (Sales-Oriented) – EMM & MDM Solutions – Surrey – £60,000-£85,000 base (75%) + 25% commission OTE up to £118,000
A hybrid technical and commercial role managing the full customer lifecycle for enterprise mobility and MDM/EMM solutions. You\’ll lead technical delivery while driving growth across key public sector and enterprise accounts. Ideal for someone confident in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.
What You\’ll Do
- Deliver technical deployments for MDM platforms (Samsung Knox, SOTI, Workspace ONE)
- Act as technical lead for enterprise/public sector accounts
- Drive upsell, renewals, and account expansion
- Support RFPs and manage opportunity pipeline
- Work closely with sales on account planning
What We\’re Looking For
- 5-10 years\’ experience in TAM, pre-sales or solution engineering
- Strong knowledge of MDM/EMM solutions (esp. on-premise)
- Track record in commercial growth and renewals
- Confident communicator with technical and sales credibility
- Willing to travel (up to 70%, mainly UK)
- Experience with public sector bids (NHS, Home Office, G-Cloud)
- Certifications in MDM platforms (Knox, SOTI, Intune, etc.)
