Tech Lead - Java

This is a Tech Lead role (Java focused) with a financial consultancy who specialise in the Banking sector. The role will still be hands on, incorporating leadership elements and stakeholder management with a variety of clients in the financial space. Permanent position with a salary of up to £100k doe. Hybrid role, ideally you will be based close to London as that is where the majority of their clients are based. Tech skills required: Java (must have recent hands on experience) Springboot – indepth knowledge of core Spring principles and real-world application Service Mesh technologies / Kong experience – essential Microservices AWS Architecture design experience with good understanding of security protocols Stakeholder management experience with strong communication skills Interviews for this position will be taking place ASAP.
