The Digital & Product Development Department are responsible for maintaining and enhancing Foxtons’ bespoke business systems. Over the last 20 years, the department has been creating bespoke business systems to ensure Foxtons stays ahead of the competition in its technology. The team releases new features, change requests, and bug fixes every two weeks to the business.

You will work closely with our highly skilled development team of developers, technical architects, and product owners to resolve support requests raised by the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for over a thousand users across 60 offices.
  • Provide support for many bespoke systems written and developed in the latest Microsoft technologies.
  • Identify urgent and critical support requests and ensure manager has oversight.
  • Interact with the development team who will be on hand to support you.
  • Exposure to all the systems used by the Foxtons Group ranging across various types of systems such as CRM, Mobile, Third Party interaction, Fleet, HR, and IT.
  • Understand the business requirement and how to problem solve issues.
  • Interact with the business via phone, video, email, chat, and screen sharing.
  • Respond to approximately 150 support tickets raised every week.
  • Appetite to work closely with a software development team and learn the skills required.
  • A potential opportunity to move into a developer role.
  • Raise bugs via our Jira ticketing system.
  • Perform investigations and fix data on our SQL Server database.
