We’re exclusively recruiting for a Fortune 200 global technology solutions provider that helps some of the world’s most recognised brands design, build, implement, and manage complex IT infrastructure. They’re an industry leader in enterprise technology, holding top-level accreditations with Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, AWS, and many more.

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team driving the evolution of enterprise systems and digital transformation across global operations. You’ll bring a strong technical foundation, leadership presence, and a passion for developing people and modern engineering practices.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, driving performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee the development and optimisation of enterprise platforms such as Workday, Navision, PeopleSoft, and Informatica.
  • Define and deliver technology strategies for scalability, automation, and efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Champion best practices in Azure Cloud, DevOps, and enterprise integrations.
  • Drive digital transformation and modernisation initiatives across global systems.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in technical engineering or architecture.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional software teams.
  • Expertise across Salesforce, Azure Cloud, Workday, Navision, and PeopleSoft.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM), and Azure security.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation and system migration projects.
