We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team driving the evolution of enterprise systems and digital transformation across global operations. You’ll bring a strong technical foundation, leadership presence, and a passion for developing people and modern engineering practices.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers, driving performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the development and optimisation of enterprise platforms such as Workday, Navision, PeopleSoft, and Informatica.
- Define and deliver technology strategies for scalability, automation, and efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Champion best practices in Azure Cloud, DevOps, and enterprise integrations.
- Drive digital transformation and modernisation initiatives across global systems.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in technical engineering or architecture.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional software teams.
- Expertise across Salesforce, Azure Cloud, Workday, Navision, and PeopleSoft.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM), and Azure security.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and system migration projects.
