We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support a key customer within a managed security services environment. This role sits within a dedicated delivery team responsible for both ongoing service operations and the roll out of cyber security projects.

You will take ownership of service delivery activities, ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard, meet customer expectations, and continue to improve over time. The position offers the opportunity to join an established environment where core processes and structures are already in place.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day service delivery across a multi-supplier environment
  • Maintain service operating documentation and governance materials
  • Produce regular reporting and insights from service data
  • Support service reviews and contribute to quarterly business reviews
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Oversee BAU service activities, including ticketing and service processes
  • Support ongoing project delivery and transition into live service
  • Identify and drive continuous service improvement initiatives
Skills and experience:
  • Experience in service delivery, service management or project delivery
  • Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable operating in a structured, governance-led environment
  • Exposure to multi-vendor or complex delivery environments is beneficial
  • Background in cyber security, networking or an MSP or MSSP environment is desirable
  • Eligibility for SC clearance is essential
