We set uncompromising standards and combine high performance with high accountability and high reward. - Re‑engage lapsed accounts and maximise existing relationships across new projects, markets and geographies.
- Run candidate acquisition campaigns including job ads, headhunting, talent pools and referrals.
- Use tools such as SourceBreaker, LinkedIn, job boards and Bullhorn to build deep contractor communities.

You will bring:
- Proven success in contract recruitment, ideally within technology or a related technical market.
- Evidence of consistently hitting and beating targets in a 360 environment.
- High intelligence, strong questioning and objection‑handling skills, and a competitive, resilient mindset.
- The ability to operate with urgency without cutting corners, and to manage multiple live roles at once.
