I am currently working with a growing consultancy that delivers transformation and advisory services across a range of sectors. As part of its continued expansion, the business is looking to establish and grow its presence within the health market and is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead this development. This role combines consulting delivery, client development, and practice growth. The successful individual will play a key role in building relationships within the health sector while leading and overseeing multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow consulting opportunities within the health market
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead multiple consulting engagements and workstreams simultaneously
- Provide strategic oversight and direction across client projects
- Support and mentor consultants across project delivery teams
