I’m working with a customer who is looking to bring in an experienced Service Architect to help stabilise and improve their current ServiceNow environment, which isn’t performing as it should today. This is a hands‑on role focused on end‑to‑end service design, working across a large, complex product landscape and driving improvements across structure, workflows, and platform delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end service design within ServiceNow, with a strong focus on CMDB Redesign and optimise ServiceNow structure, workflows, and automation.
- Define and implement product management and support workflows across a large product estate (hundreds of products).
- Work with Dynamic CIs for product discovery and mapping relationships.
- Integrate ServiceNow with observability tools (e.g. Datadog).
- Lead and guide a hybrid team to deliver improvements.
- Operate in a self‑sufficient manner, driving outcomes without heavy oversight.
