We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join on an initial 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. This role will own the Commerce & Checkout product domain, shaping the strategy and roadmap across eCommerce, in-store technology, checkout and fulfilment experiences. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the customer organisation, you will play a key role in driving a more customer‑led approach and improving purchasing journeys across digital, physical and hybrid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Commerce & Checkout product strategy and roadmap
- Drive improvements across eCommerce, checkout, fulfilment and in‑store experiences
- Deliver customer‑focused product initiatives across multiple purchasing channels
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, retention and commercial performance
- Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation where appropriate
- Lead and support two direct reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within commerce, retail or customer‑facing environments
- Strong strategic product management and roadmap ownership experience
- Experience across eCommerce, checkout, fulfilment and omnichannel customer journeys
- Ability to operate strategically and align product initiatives with business objectives
- Retail, fashion or consumer‑focused industry experience
- Experience with AI, chatbots or customer automation technologies
- Exposure to customer experience, loyalty or retention initiatives
