The Role
As a Senior Data & AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for building AI-powered solutions for both client projects and the consultancy's own products. The role is heavily focused on practical AI implementation, including prompt engineering, output evaluation, reliability improvements and integrating LLMs into production systems. You'll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to solve complex business problems using data and AI technologies. This environment suits engineers who enjoy autonomy, ownership and working within a scale-up business where there is plenty of opportunity to influence outcomes.
Key Requirements
- 4-5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs
