- Drive adoption of SAP innovations such as Fiori UX, SAP BTP, Embedded Analytics, and Cloud Integration.
- Provide architecture governance across projects, including design reviews, change control, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal solution assets, standards, and knowledge development.
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations and digital transformation trends to inform future SAP strategy.

- Conceptual knowledge of SAP Cloud, RISE with SAP, and deployment strategies.
- Functional depth in at least two SAP domains (e.g. Finance and Logistics, or Manufacturing and Procurement).
- Strong architecture and design documentation skills (e.g. ARIS, Signavio, LeanIX, or equivalent tools).
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement at CIO/CTO level.
- Solid understanding of data migration, analytics, and testing approaches within SAP programmes.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused, with experience working in hybrid delivery models.
