This is a key coordination role, bringing together different teams and ensuring the overall programme remains aligned and on track.

The initial focus will be supporting the current Mexico deployment before moving into the EU phase from October. The EU programme is expected to run through to mid-2027 and will provide exposure across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through to implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple data and technology workstreams
  • Own the overall programme delivery plan and dependencies
  • Oversee data migration activities
  • Coordinate master data implementation
  • Manage SAP ERP integration, particularly around product master data
  • Coordinate Salesforce integration activities
  • Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Ensure teams remain aligned against programme objectives, timelines and deliverables
  • Support delivery through testing and go-live
  • Transition into the EU phase and support the programme through its full lifecycle

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience delivering complex data programmes
  • Strong data migration experience
  • Experience delivering master data implementations
  • SAP experience at Programme Manager / Delivery Lead level
  • Strong programme coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Confident operating in a complex, global programme environment

Desirable experience

  • Salesforce
  • Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Fully remote – London-commutable preferred. Inside IR35. Initial contract through to year-end, with strong potential for extension. Ideally starting early September. Initial Mexico deployment before moving into the EU phase. No US travel expected.

This would suit an experienced Data Programme Manager, Data Delivery Lead or Senior Programme Manager who combines strong data delivery experience with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. If you're available for a new contract and have the required experience, I’d be keen to speak with you. Please DM me or send across your CV for further details.
