We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join a growing product team working on complex, high-impact software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional squads of developers, designers, and analysts to deliver features that solve real user problems and align with business goals.

As the voice of the customer, you'll help shape the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear, practical user stories, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable, user-centric features. What You'll Do
  • Prioritise and manage product backlogs across multiple development teams.
  • Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with UX/UI, developers, QA, and product managers to deliver intuitive, valuable solutions.
  • Drive sprint planning and support Agile ceremonies across squads.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate across departments to align customer value with strategic goals.
  • Help ensure a strong feedback loop between users and delivery teams.
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver SaaS products, including API-based services.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform prioritisation.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly deliverables.
Nice to Have
  • Experience using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Madcap, or Miro is a bonus but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver MVPs and iterate based on user feedback.
