Position: Product & Contracting Director
Location: Based four days onsite within Wiltshire
Role Responsibilities:
The Product & Contracting Director will take ownership of global strategic initiatives, overseeing purchasing and contracting across diverse areas, including Cruise, Rail, Air, Hotels, and Land Tours. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth while building effective structures and processes to support global market operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shaping and executing medium- to long-term strategies for products and contracting to support growth and enhance service excellence
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Service, Trading, and Marketing to achieve shared goals
- Establishing and nurturing strong external relationships with key suppliers and partners, such as Destination Management Companies.
- Driving procurement strategies to secure competitive rates and allotments, supporting future growth plans
- Managing departmental financial performance, including budgets, overheads, and profitability
- Leading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative environment
