This position sits at the heart of a high-visibility transformation, acting as the key link between client leadership, delivery partners, and the wider enterprise programme. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to align priorities and shape the transformation direction.
- Define, embed, and champion new operating models and ways of working across business and technology functions.
- Act as the bridge between leadership teams and delivery, ensuring consistent alignment and communication.

- Drive cultural and organisational change, supporting leadership through the transition to new structures and behaviours.
- Influence strategy and ensure cross-functional teams remain focused on overarching programme objectives.
- Provide clarity and structure within a fast-moving, high-pressure transformation environment.
About You

- Confident facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills.
