The Opportunity

• Shape the future of impact investing: Build the data, product, and AI infrastructure that helps discover and support founders changing the world.
• Create and experiment fast: Work in two-week sprints across projects ranging from investor databases to AI-driven research scrapers and consumer-facing products.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship internal platforms that automate the venture process using AI and data.
• Develop products that help identify exceptional founders from academic and scientific communities.
• Support portfolio companies with infrastructure, hiring tools, and technical guidance.
• Prototype rapidly across multiple domains — expect to work on something new every few weeks.
• Push the boundaries of how a modern fund operates through creative engineering.

Tech Stack

Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js — with a deep embrace of AI tooling and automation. Curiosity about new technologies is essential.

Ideal Profile

• Startup DNA: Experience in fast-moving environments, ideally as a founding engineer or early stage employee.
• Technical excellence: A hands-on engineer with strong fundamentals — whether self-taught or academically trained (Computer Science or related field).
• Big Tech or deep tech experience a plus (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Mission alignment: Motivated by solving meaningful problems, not just shipping code.
• AI passion: Fascinated by AI tools, safety, and alignment — eager to explore both the promise and the risks.

Compensation
