EA fast-growing specialist mortgage lender is looking for a Lending Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational delivery of its residential mortgage lending process.
Off the back of 80%+ growth last year and a 50%+ target for 2026, this is a high-impact role at the heart of the business
This isn't an underwriting role, and it's not an Underwriting Team Leader position.
Underwriters make the lending decisions and Case Managers package the applications — this role owns everything around that: how cases move through the pipeline, where the bottlenecks are, and how operations scale without losing control
