Our client, a growing specialist mortgage lender is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join its Product team and support the delivery of strategic business change across the organisation. The Role
Reporting into the Business Analysis Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects across the mortgage lifecycle while supporting requirements gathering and analysis activities where needed. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Underwriting, Sales, Compliance, Technology, and external suppliers to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the delivery of projects and business change initiatives
- Creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance documentation
- Managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitating workshops, meetings, and project discussions
- Supporting business requirements gathering and documentation
- Assisting with process mapping, impact assessments, and solution design activities
- Coordinating testing, implementation, and business readiness activities
- Supporting project governance, prioritisation, and reporting processes
- Working collaboratively across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery
About You

- Experience working within the mortgage or lending sector
- Knowledge of mortgage processes, underwriting, affordability, completions, and servicing

- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
