An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious, AI-native consultancy as its Market Director for the Education sector.
This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced consulting professional who combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise and credibility across the UK Education landscape. You will be responsible for driving growth, shaping market strategy and establishing the business as a leading transformation partner within the sector.

The Opportunity
As Market Director, you will take ownership of the Education market, developing the firm’s presence, building senior client relationships and winning high‑value consulting engagements. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will help shape the future direction of the business while collaborating with consulting, delivery and product teams to ensure the successful execution of client engagements.
