Our client a global provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their London based product team.
This role offers broad exposure across the full technology delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis and prototyping through to client engagement and sales support.
The role requires a mix of activities ranging from prototyping, web design, requirements gathering, writing business specifications for the development and testing teams, documenting features for roll-out and liaising with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business processes and client requirements to define product enhancements
Create prototypes and mock-ups to support solution design
Work closely with product, engineering, testing and support teams
Gather and analyse data and client feedback to drive product improvements
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
Produce product documentation, user guides and release notes
Support sales with demos, presentations and proof-of-concepts
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or Solution Architect
Background in financial services, fintech or investment management preferred
5–10 years\’ relevant experience, including client-facing roles
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This is a permanent, hybrid role requiring on site presence four days per week at our client\’s London based office.
