We're working with a fast-growing international business operating in a highly regulated consumer goods sector, looking to hire a hands-on Social Media Manager to build and own its organic social presence. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of social channels from the ground up and define brand voice in a complex but exciting category.

The Role: You'll be responsible for leading and executing organic social media activity, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands-on role where execution matters just as much as strategy. You'll work closely with in-house teams across design, content, ecommerce, SEO, PR, and customer engagement, with the autonomy to shape how social supports wider commercial and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and operate organic social media channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok
  • Develop and maintain a consistent, compliant brand voice across platforms
  • Plan, create, post, and optimise organic content
  • Navigate and work within platform restrictions for regulated products
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve content and engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align social with wider marketing activity
