Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior Cards & Payments SME for a Visa card product

  • Support commercialisation and launch planning, translating product build into real-world operations
  • Provide senior-level reassurance and confidence to client stakeholders
  • Partner with junior delivery team members, providing guidance and oversight
  • Focus primarily on technical and operational expertise, alongside lead partners handling broader commercial discussions

Required Experience

  • Partner-level or equivalent seniority
  • Strong Visa card expertise (direct Visa experience or Visa-leaning background essential)
  • Proven experience taking card products from build to operational go-live
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Card processing and issuing models
