An experienced IT Project Manager is required to join a rapidly growing investment business within its Data & Applications function, partnering closely with senior technology leadership to drive a range of strategic initiatives across the organisation. This is a high-impact role within a global investment environment managing significant assets across Private Equity, Private Credit and Private Infrastructure. You’ll be stepping into a business-critical position, taking ownership of multiple active programmes including a major AI-enabled workflow and data transformation initiative currently in Proof of Concept phase with an external vendor.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end IT project delivery
  • Senior stakeholder management across business and technology teams
  • PMO governance and reporting
  • Vendor and third-party management
  • Budget ownership and committee engagement
  • Documentation, controls and governance oversight
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership

The environment requires someone confident operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting with strong communication and “white glove” governance standards.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong IT Project Management background
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • PMO/governance expertise
  • Experience managing vendors and external delivery partners
  • Financial Services or Private Equity experience preferred
  • Cloud/infrastructure project exposure beneficial
  • AI/workflow transformation exposure advantageous

The successful individual will work closely with senior leadership across Data, Infrastructure, Cyber and IT Strategy functions and will play a key role in ensuring continuity across several strategic programmes.
