An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Product leader to join a major organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation within the Education Sector.

You'll lead the delivery of a large-scale website transformation programme, taking ownership of the web product roadmap, leading multidisciplinary teams and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an outstanding digital experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a major web and CMS transformation programme.
  • Own the website product roadmap and delivery.
  • Improve customer journeys using data and user insight.
  • Lead internal teams and external digital agencies.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across Marketing and Technology.
  • Champion product-led ways of working and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience leading enterprise web or digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong Digital Product or Product Management background.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary digital teams.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and digital agencies.
  • A data-driven approach to improving digital performance.

Higher Education experience isn't essential. We're keen to hear from candidates who have delivered digital transformation within complex organisations across sectors such as retail, healthcare, charity or the public sector.
