I'm currently supporting a leading travel and loyalty organisation on the search for an experienced Platform Delivery Lead to take ownership of a business-critical SaaS platform that supports millions of customer transactions and interactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, delivery and stakeholder management, working closely with senior business leaders, engineering teams and third-party technology partners.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, operation and ongoing evolution of a critical customer platform, balancing business demand with platform stability, governance and long-term sustainability. This role sits at the heart of a complex technology ecosystem and will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple product and business teams.

  • Owning end-to-end delivery across a critical enterprise SaaS platform
  • Driving release planning, governance and delivery activities
  • Leading platform upgrades, migrations and transformation projects
  • Managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology functions

Travel, airline or fintech sector experience
